1 cup methi microgreens
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 carrot, grated

Instructions:
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, methi microgreens, sliced cucumber, grated carrot, cherry tomatoes, and sliced almonds or walnuts (if using).
